NeuroSpine Activity app for iPhone and iPad

NeuroSpine Activity is an app developed for research purposes by the NeuroSpine Clinic (Sydney, Australia) from consenting subjects, analysing daily activity measures.

The app utilises Apple’s HealthKit APIs to track steps, calories and sleep data to help improve patient care at the clinic. This is possible because the NeuroSpine Activity app syncs with Apple’s Health app.

Appropriate ethics for the application has been sought for subjects only at the Prince of Wales Private Hospital and Westmead Hospital Campuses. Note: sign up from outside these areas and without consent may not be approved from the research administrators.
